Unfortunately last week we experienced water damage at our warehouse location which damaged some of our products. If you placed an order and have not received a confirmation email that your order has been shipped, it is most likely due to the fact that one or more of the items you ordered are products that were damaged.

Our staff members are calling or emailing those customers to notify them about the issue and to arrange substitutions for products they ordered which are not available.

We are working hard on contacting everyone affected, and request those who have not been contacted as of yet to contact us at shop@mohawkmedibles.ca so we can work out a resolution so we can have your order shipped out to you.

We are working on getting restocked on the products that were damaged within the coming week.

We apologize for the inconvenience caused and thank those whose orders have been affected for your patience and understanding.
