We ship within Canada only. Must be at least 19 years of age to buy (18+ in AB, 21+ in QC).
How much is shipping?

Canada Post Xpresspost Shipping is currently $15 for orders under $199, for all orders over $199 shipping is free. All deliveries come with a tracking number so you can keep an eye on your order. Feel free to come into our retail store between 9am-9pm to save on shipping!
How long does delivery take?

We mail orders via Canada Post Xpresspost or Expedited depending on where your order is being ship. Orders typically take between 1-5 business days. (We Do Not guarantee delivery times) Those in rural areas may need to wait longer. You’ll receive a Tracking Number to give you information on when to expect your order.
What can I do about a defective product?

If you feel that your product is defective, such as vapes or vape carts, you must contact us at shop@mohawkmedibles.ca or submit a ticket within 30 days after the date of purchase.
What can I do about a vape that was frozen during delivery?
Â
Items such as vapes or cartridges are susceptible to freezing in cold weather during shipping. Although we do our best to ensure all items are packed and insulated with shipping material like popcorn, the shipping process during extremely cold weather could cause damage.
Do not leave your parcel outside or in a mailbox for any length of time during extremely cold weather, it is always best to have your order picked up at the post office during cold weather to eliminate freezing.

How do I make payment?
For Canada Post Shipping and Next Business Day Local Delivery orders, customers can pay by Interac e-Transfers from any Canadian bank. We do not accept PayPal or Credit Cards at this time, although we’re working on offering more payment options in the future.
How do I send an e-Transfer?
We make ordering cannabis online easy. Once your order is complete, you’ll receive an e-mail with easy-to-follow instructions on how to send your e-Transfer. You must ensure that the name on your e-Transfer as well as the security question and answer match the details provided to you.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Due to the amount of orders and the payment methods we offer it is difficult to make changes to your order. We ask that you be careful when placing it.
