All orders are shipped in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of the contents. Return address shows a generic business name. All products are vacuum-sealed for freshness and odor control.
Once your order ships, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with a Canada Post tracking number. You can also track your order through your account dashboard or by asking MedAgent.
You must be 19+ to receive deliveries. Canada Post may require age verification and a signature upon delivery. Please have valid government-issued photo ID available.
Orders placed before 2:00 PM ET on business days ship the same business day, once payment has been processed. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET or on weekends/holidays — or whose payment clears later — will be processed the next business day.
Damaged packages: if your order arrives damaged, email [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or store credit. Lost packages: Mohawk Medibles will only investigate lost-package claims when 'Pick up at Post Office' was selected as the delivery option at checkout. For packages shipped to a home or mailbox address, Mohawk Medibles is not responsible for lost or stolen packages once Canada Post marks the package as delivered. If you selected Pick up at Post Office and your package has not arrived, contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date and we will open an investigation with Canada Post.
