4. Payment Security

• PayGo Billing — for payment processing
• ShipStation / Canada Post — for order fulfillment and shipping

• Anthropic (Claude AI) — MedAgent conversations are processed using third-party AI language models provided by Anthropic to generate responses. Your conversations are not used to train AI models. Chat logs are retained for 2 years in accordance with our data retention policy. You may request deletion of your chat history at any time by emailing info@mohawkmedibles.ca.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information to any third parties.
